Initiating a Return

- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if necessary.
Return Process
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation inside the return package.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Inspection and Processing
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process a refund or store credit based on your preference.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 to 4 business days of approval.
Return Shipping Costs

Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
